Brunch without a cocktail is just a sad lunch, right? So do yourself a favor, and make sure you have the ingredients for this fun cocktail on hand for the next time you make Sunday brunch. A fun twist on a mimosa, this is a sweet and tart drink is a delightful treat. The bubbly and pink drink is great for special occasions and holidays, or anytime you’re in the mood for something different. Pomegrante juice is complimented by a splash of Chambord, topped off with sparkling wine, and finished with a drop of a raspberry.
Raspberry Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail
- 1 oz Chambord liquer
- 2 oz Pom pomegrante juice
- sparkling wine to fill flute (I use Andre Brut, because why bother with anything nicer)
Directions Pour Chambord and Pom into champagne flute. It should fill it about halfway. Top with sparkling wine and add a rasberry. Cheers!
