Berry Basil White Sangria

Nothing says summer like a crisp cocktail flavored with berries and fresh herbs.

I love wine, but when you’re at a party, especially in the summer, it’s easy for the alcohol to catch up with you. I love this white sangria for when I want to be social and drink but be able to sip on it throughout the afternoon or evening without getting too sloshed. Unlike some sangria recipes, there isn’t added liquor, so it’s actually a refreshing and light wine punch instead of a quick get-drunk punch.

Recently, we stayed the weekend with some high school friends, grilling, chatting, and playing with their gigantic, mischievous puppy. This was the perfect drink for a relaxing summer evening.
